How does the Heavenly Chat work?

1. Book Your Session

   • Fill in your name and email address.
   • Choose a date and select a 30-minute timeslot for your chat session.
   •  

2. Payment

   • After choosing a timeslot, you will receive a payment link.
   • Complete your payment securely via Mollie.
   • A half-hour chat session costs $35, and payments are made through my main company, Action Travel.
   • This is also stated on the payment form when you pay.
   •  

3. Confirmation Email

   • Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
   • This email contains your unique chat code and a direct link to the chatroom.
   •  

4. Access the Chatroom

   • At the scheduled time, click the link in your email, or visit our chatroom page and enter your unique chat code.
   • Your chat will be private and secure—only you and our team can access the conversation.
   •  

5. Start Chatting

   • Type your messages in the chatbox and press “Send.”
   • You can chat in real-time for the duration of your booked session.
   • If you have any technical issues, please contact support.
   •  

Important:

• Keep your chat code safe. Only those with the code can access your chat session.
• If you lose your chat code or confirmation email, contact us as soon as possible.
